It is strongly encouraged that registration forms are mailed on or before February 11th to avoid higher fees and/or delays in processing. Forms postmarked after February 11th will be charged the greater on-site registration fee. Forms post marked after February 11th run the risk of not being received in time for processing.

Checks and money orders are accepted as payment for NYSABPRL sponsorship, registration fees and event tickets. Checks and money orders must be payable to: NYSABPRL

Registration Deadlines:

Pre-Conference Registration: Ends February 11th

Regular Registration: Begins February 12th

Last Day to Cancel and Receive Refund: January 16th

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations by phone are not accepted. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by 5:00PM (EST) by Tuesday, January 15, 2019 to receive a registration refund, less a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received by NYSABPRL after 5:00 PM (EST) Tuesday, January 15, 2018. To ensure proper processing, cancellation requests must be emailed to Tickets@nysabprlinc.org with the subject line Cancellation 2019 or faxed to (518) 427-8632. For eligible cancellation requests, NYSABPRL will issue refund checks within 45 days following the conference. Refund checks will be issued for the registration amount less a $35 processing fee. PLEASE NOTE: Donations are non-refundable. By completing this transaction, you signify that you agree to comply with the cancellation policy for this conference.

Substitution Policy:

Registration substitution requests must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee by August 24, 2018. Requests may be sent via email to Tickets@nysabprlinc.org.

Will Call / Securing Passes:

All participants must can purchase or pick tickets at the Association office until Thursday, February 14th at 5:00PM. After, tickets will be available for pick up beginning at 3:00PM Friday, February 15th, 2018 at Meeting Room E in the concourse. Individuals who pick up tickets will be required to show their Photo ID and sign.
